In recognition of Child Support Awareness Month, the Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency has partnered with the Sacramento River Cats on Saturday, August 22, when the River Cats will take on the Tacoma Rainiers.

All Complimentary Tickets have been distributed.

Access the Tickets (after Texting)

1. Once you click the special link, you will be directed to a webpage with the Sutter Health Park field as the background, River Cats Community Partner box, and the name of our agency (the Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency) in a box. Below that, you will see a box that will have the game date with time, and River Cats vs. Tacoma Rainiers. Click that box.

2. You will be directed you to a new page that also has the Sutter Health Park field as the background, River Cats Community Partner box, and the name of our agency (the Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency) in a box. Below that, you will see the date/time and location. You will see a red button that says BUYING OPTIONS. Click that.  

3. A map of the stadium will prompt down. You will see the map of the stadium to the left and to the right you will see Reserved Complimentary (gold box). Click that.

4. Another dropdown will load. You will see “Enter code to unlock complimentary Reserved tickets. Additional tickets are available for a special group rate.”  Enter your special code where it says "Flex Codes," then click validate. Wait for the code to load with a green checkmark next to it.  

5. Then select the number of tickets on the drop down. Remember, the complimentary tickets will be the Complimentary Tickets one. 

6. "Choose a Section" will pop up. Pick a section (use the map to the right to view where you will be seated).

7. Once you choose a section, "Now, Choose Seats" will appear. Select your seats. 

8. From there, scroll to the bottom where you will see a blue Spinzo Box. Either log in or create a River Cats account. This is where your tickets will be sent. We are a mobile-ticket-only stadium.

9. Final steps: click the red button on the bottom of the page. Proceed to Checkout.

10. Don’t forget to save the tickets to your phone's digital wallet, as WiFi may not be the best at the ballpark during game day.

Accessing Your Mobile Tickets

1. On your mobile device, go to rivercats.com/accountmanager

2. Click the Log-In icon in the top right corner (located next to the shopping cart icon).  

3. Log in using the email address associated with account. Click the “Forgot Password?” link if needed.  

4. Once logged in, click the “Manage My Events” icon. 

5. Under “My Tickets,” you should see the tickets loaded into your account. Click the tickets.  

6. A mobile ticket with QR code should appear, click “Add to Apple Wallet” or whatever mobile device is being used for quicker/easier entry at the gates.  

7. Once the ticket appears, click “Add” again.  

8. Click the left arrow (top left of screen), then the drop-down menu (three lines in the top left of screen) to go back to the My Events page
