The Political Reform Act (Government Code Section 81000, et seq.) requires state and local government agencies to adopt and promulgate conflict-of-interest codes. 

The Colusa, Sutter, Yolo Regional Child Support Agency represents three counties. As a result, our agency has a own conflict-of-interest code that is distinct from any of the counties we serve.

Requests for public records related to our conflict-of-interest code can be made in person at any of our three locations during regular business hours.  Access will be provided no later than the second business day after the request is received.
